Please, mean, that the visa and the invitation, different things. It is necessary for you to receive the official invitation to receive the visa. Type of invitations for the visa appropriate to it(him):

The tourist invitation: it is made out by the organization registered in the Ministry for Foreign Affairs and having refrence - number. For reception of the visa the original or fax copy of this invitation can be used.

The business invitation:it is given out from the registered organization. In turn, the given inviting organization should be registered in Passport and visa management (PVU). For reception of the visa the original can be used only.

For registration of the invitation on the visa to Russia it is required to the foreigner:

X-copy of the first page of the passport of the invited foreigner.
Data on the invited foreign citizen (a name, a surname (as in the passport), date of birth, citizenship, number of the passport and term of his(its) action).
Data on a place of work of the invited foreign citizen (the name and the post address of a place of work, a post, the service phone and a fax, the information on kinds of activity of the company and an occupation invited (than the company is engaged and than is engaged invited)).
Data on a kind of the required visa (unitary or repeated).
Term of stay in the Russian Federation.
Data on what cities in the Russian Federation will be visited(attended) by the invited foreign citizen.
Data on in what consular establishment of the Russian Federation the invited foreign citizen (the country and city) will receive abroad the visa.

At the reference (manipulation) behind the visa pay attention, that at filling the consular questionnaire in the column " inviting Russian organization " the bearer of the application should specify the same organization which is specified in the invitation. Gathering at registration of the visa in consular establishment of Russia abroad are paid separately. The size of gathering depends on citizenship of the applicant and promptness of registration of the visa.
